Ownership

Ownership of AZUREPOINT residential Suites is to be as secure and as simple as possible to eliminate risk or confusion. Suites will be owned for a 35 year term in the form of a fully secure lease with land title deeds being owned by PT. Panorama Dua managing company. Buildings and site improvements will be fully owned by the suite owner. The lease acts as a lien over the title.

  

Owner Usage

The resort will be an International standard resort. Owners will be able to reserve up to 28 free nights. Additional stays are subject to occupancy and an additional as described in point 35 of the FAQs.

  

Rental Pool

All owners participate in shared income programme based upon rate, occupancy, room type. 65% of the room revenue is transferred to the owners less sinking fund.

  

Investment

Since this is a new development area it is expected for the Suites to appreciate in value and provide capital gains for the owners.

  

Construction

Is due to begin January 2008 with completion due 1st March 2009.
